Our Story

Welcome to Captain Toms Sunny Retreat! This home has been in our family for over two decades. It features new appliances and furnishings. It is located in the City of Largo and just minutes from nine (9) major hospitals, entertainment venues, restaurants, movie theaters and shopping. A short walk or bike ride down the sidewalk brings you to the 162 acre Eagle Lake Park which has paved, tree lined walking/bike paths, water features, native plants, picnic areas and bathroom facilities. 

A short drive ( approximately 15 minutes) brings you to some of the highest rated public beaches in the State of Florida, including Indian Rocks, Clearwater, and Honeymoon Island. Our home is about an hour and a half (1 1/2) from some of Florida's greatest attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. 

There are audio/video exterior mounted security cameras as well as a double fenced rear yard that includes both exterior lot fencing and vinyl privacy fencing surrounding the newly refinished in-ground pool. The inground pool has a 3' shallow end that slopes to a 7' deep end (Diving is prohibited). 

There is also a garage attached, which is not included in the lease as it is used for the owner's vehicle/storage.

Monthly rent includes all utilities, garbage pick up at the curb two times per week, as well as lawn maintenance, pool cleaning, quarterly pest control treatments. State and local Short Term Transient Rental Taxes ( 13%) are NOT included in the stated monthly lease fee and will be added to your rental fee.

This is our family home and we ask that if you choose to stay you please be respectful of its condition and care for it so that it can remain as you found it when you arrived.

Minimum age to rent is 25.
